Terms of Service
Last updated: September 11, 2026
These Terms govern the use of syyctruckparts.com (the “Website”) and all quotations, orders, and sales of goods provided by Shiyan Yuchi Dongfeng Truck Parts Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), a supplier of Dongfeng and Cummins commercial vehicle parts based in Shiyan City, Hubei Province, China. By submitting an inquiry or placing an order through the Website, email, or WhatsApp, you (“Buyer”) accept these Terms.
1. Nature of This Website
The Website is a catalog and inquiry platform only. Prices are generally not displayed and no online payment is processed. All purchases are concluded individually by quotation and proforma invoice between the Buyer and us. Where a signed contract or proforma invoice conflicts with these Terms, the contract or proforma invoice prevails for that transaction.
2. Quotations and Orders
- Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation.
- An order is confirmed only after we issue a Proforma Invoice and the Buyer confirms acceptance (and, where required, pays the agreed deposit).
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) may apply to certain items and are stated in the quotation.
- Buyers are responsible for verifying that part numbers, specifications, and compatible vehicle models are correct before ordering. Our sales team will assist with cross-checking original equipment (OE) numbers on request.
3. Prices and Payment
- Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless agreed otherwise, and are based on the Incoterms 2020 rule stated in the quotation (e.g., EXW Shiyan, FOB Chinese port, or CIF as agreed).
- Prices exclude bank charges, duties, and taxes in the Buyer’s country, which are the Buyer’s responsibility.
- Payment is made by telegraphic transfer (T/T) to our designated company bank account, under terms stated in the Proforma Invoice (e.g., 30% deposit, 70% before shipment). We do not receive payment through this Website.
4. Delivery and Shipping
- Estimated lead times are stated in the quotation and run from receipt of deposit. Delivery dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
- Goods are packed for standard export. Risk passes to the Buyer according to the agreed Incoterms rule.
- Shipping arrangements (sea, air, or express; consolidation/LCL is available for small orders) are made as agreed. We can quote freight or ship on Buyer’s nominated forwarder.
5. Product Quality and Warranty
- We supply parts sourced from OEM and qualified aftermarket manufacturers in Shiyan and surrounding production bases. Quality grade and brand origin are stated per item on request.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we warrant supplied parts against manufacturing defects for 3 months from the date of shipment. The warranty covers replacement of defective parts; it does not cover labor, installation, downtime, or consequential losses.
- Claims must be reported within 15 days of receipt with photos/videos and the part number. Resolution is by replacement, credit, or refund as mutually agreed.
- Warranty is void for misuse, incorrect installation, normal wear items (filters, pads, clutch facings in service), or damage in transit where Buyer arranged shipping.
6. Returns
Parts correctly supplied per the confirmed order are not returnable for change of mind. Incorrect or defective items are handled under Section 5.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (text, images, logos, and layout) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission. Product names and trademarks of Dongfeng, Cummins, and other manufacturers are used for parts identification and fitment reference only; no affiliation or endorsement by those manufacturers is implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a sale is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or vehicle downtime.
9. Compliance
The Buyer is responsible for import compliance, customs clearance, and any import licensing requirements in the destination country. We will provide standard export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, and, where agreed, certificate of origin or other documents) reasonably required for clearance.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and all sales are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be settled through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to arbitration or the competent court in Shiyan, Hubei, China, unless another forum is agreed in writing.
